Before Latent Power kicks in you deal less damage and have less stamina: Dash Juice helps, and triggering it by taking hits is risky.
Latent PowerThunderous Roar II4 ptsLatent Power grants 50% base affinity and halves stamina depletion once it triggers. Four Rey Dau γ pieces give Rey Dau's Voltage, Thunderous Roar I and II, which extend how long it stays active. It has a short internal cooldown, so it cannot be up all the time.
Azure Bolt I2 ptsLagiacrus Coil β and the Leviathan's Fury roll on the weapon give Azure Bolt I: attacking the monster temporarily raises your affinity and releases a burst of thunder damage.
Stamina SurgeEvade ExtenderMaximum MightStamina Surge 3 speeds up stamina recovery and Evade Extender 3 lengthens dodges, including in the air. Maximum Might 2 is a bonus when you do attack from the ground.
Guts (Tenacity)4 ptsThe four Rey Dau γ pieces also carry Lord's Soul: Guts raises raw attack and lowers defence, then saves you from one lethal hit and turns into a defence and elemental resistance buff.
