Match the weapon element to the monster (Darcblade carries a dragon and a fire Headsman's Hamus) and hit weak points for Weakness Exploit. Keep your health full for Peak Performance: the Mutual Hostility barrier and Divine Blessing 3 soak the chip damage that would switch it off. Evades and hops drain the small Second Wind gauge first, so the main stamina gauge stays full and Maximum Might keeps its +30% affinity. Quick Sheathe 3 speeds up the Special Sheathe. If you do get knocked back, Counterstrike kicks in to make up the lost damage.

Gogmazios Vambraces α, Coil α and Greaves β give three points of Gogmapocalypse, the weapon roll the fourth. Rank I adds element to the dragon or fire Headsman's Hamus while the monster is enraged. Rank II matters most on this set: the oil barrier takes the chip damage that would drop you below full health and switch Peak Performance off, then reactivates after a cooldown.

G. Fulgur Mail β and Gogmazios Vambraces α share Fulgur Anjanath's Will for Second Wind, a small extra stamina gauge. Dodges and evades use it before the main gauge, so Maximum Might 3 (+30% affinity at full stamina) stays active for long stretches. The two α Gogmazios pieces are required: the β versions carry other set skills.

Critical Eye 3 on an attack-focused weapon
Attack focus gives the Headsman's Hamus negative affinity. Darcblade takes Critical Eye 3 from the Expert jewel rather than more Critical Boost to start from a better base; the affinity reinforcements help too. Critical Boost 3 and Critical Element 1 cover the raw and elemental parts of each crit.

Transcendence on the Ebony helm and Fulgur mail
G. Ebony Helm β and G. Fulgur Mail β are both rarity 6, the highest rarity Transcendence still works on: the helm goes to 3-1 slots and the mail to 3-2-1. The new level 3 slots take the Chain jewel and the first Tenderizer jewel.
Swaps
If you are missing a piece
No Gogmapocalypse roll on your weapon: swap the helm or the chest for a Gogmazios piece to get a close version of the build, at the cost of Burst Boost or Second Wind.
Other elements: replace the Dragon/Crit Elem jewel with the Blaze, Stream, Frost or Bolt version on a Headsman's Hamus of that element. Critical Element 1 is optional, drop it if you need the slot.
The two Counter jewels are optional: Counterstrike only reaches 2, so put in whatever skill you prefer. Darcblade strongly suggests a Shockproof jewel in multiplayer so you stop tripping allies.

Does this build need a rolled charm?
No. It uses Exploiter Charm III, a craftable charm, and every armor piece is regular Gogmazios, Guardian Ebony and Guardian Fulgur gear. Only the Gogmapocalypse roll on the Gogma Artian weapon takes some luck.

Is it only for Gogmazios?
No. Darcblade built it to farm Gogmazios, but it works on nearly any monster once you switch the weapon to the element that monster is weak to.
