Hirabami Alpha FAQ

What skills does Hirabami α armor give?

Hirabami α gives Evade Window 5 (max), Ice Resistance 3 (max), Peak Performance 2 and Evade Extender 1 across its 5 pieces. The group bonus Scaling Prowess (Master Mounter) needs 3 pieces from any of the 2 sets that share it.

How do you craft Hirabami α armor?

Forging the full Hirabami α set costs 17,500 z and Hirabami Scale+ ×6, Hirabami Hide+ ×5, Hirabami Tail Claw+ ×4, Hirabami Webbing+ ×4, Hirabami Certificate S ×3 and Freezer Sac ×1 plus 2 more materials. Hunt Hirabami and Balahara in high rank for the monster parts; the rest is mined, gathered or bought. Each piece is forged separately at the Smithy under High Rank.

What is the difference between Hirabami α and Hirabami β?

Hirabami α carries 11 skill levels and 2 decoration slots (1-1); Hirabami β carries 6 skill levels and 7 slots (2-2-2-1-1-1-1). Defense (190→390), resistances, materials and the set bonus are identical, and α and β pieces mix freely towards the bonus. Pick α pieces for the skills they carry, β pieces where you would rather slot decorations of your own.
